This course provides a comprehensive training for two 30-minute formats: CARDIO COUNTDOWN and GET PUMPED. WARRIOR Strength is a 60-minute class comprised of two 30-minute sections. Cardio Countdown follows a consistent formula that makes 30 minutes feel like it’s flying by. Strength training with an emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, this class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time. Get Pumped In 30 short minutes, this mobility and strength-based class will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles! Each Lesson provides a unique station structure and a customizable worksheet to track data and results!
